Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) To remain on the Register of Trade Marks Attorneys, a registered incorporated trade marks attorney must, for every year of registration, pay the annual registration fee.
(2) The Designated Manager must, not later than 1 June in each year, give to each registered incorporated trade marks attorney notice of the fee that is payable.
(3) The annual registration fee is payable on 1 July each year by a registered incorporated trade marks attorney:
(a) whose name is on the Register of Trade Marks Attorneys on that day; and
(b) that has not asked the Designated Manager, under regulation
20A.6, to remove its name from the Register of Trade Marks Attorneys.
