TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 21.20A

    In this Division:

"notice of opposition" means a notice filed under subregulation   21.20B(1).

"party" means an applicant or opponent.

Note:   The definitions of the following terms are in section   6 of the Act:

(a)   applicant;

(b)   approved form;

(c)   file;

(d)   month;

(e)   person.
