Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 223(2) of the Act (which deals with payment of fees), a fee, other than a fee payable under Part 13 of the Act, must be paid to the Registrar.

(2) A fee payable under Part 13 of the Act must be paid
to the Comptroller - General of Customs. The fee must be paid in accordance
with a direction given by the Comptroller - General of Customs as to the way
in which it is to be paid.
