Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Regulations 8.5 to 8.8, as inserted by Part 10 of Schedule 2 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 1 and Other Measures) Regulations 2018 , apply in relation to requests for amendment referred to in subregulation 8.4(1) that are made on or after the commencement of that Part.
(2) The amendments of table items 5 and 6 in Part 1 of Schedule 8 made by Part 10 of Schedule 2 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 1 and Other Measures) Regulations 2018 apply in relation to requests for amendment referred to in subregulation 8.4(1) that are made on or after the commencement of Part 10 of Schedule 2 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 1 and Other Measures) Regulations 2018 .
(3) The amendment of item 8 of the table in clause 1 of Schedule 9 made by Part 10 of Schedule 2 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Productivity Commission Response Part 1 and Other Measures) Regulations 2018 applies in relation to requests for amendment referred to in subregulation 8.4(1) that are made on or after the commencement of that Part.
