WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 243

    If:

  (a)   an item of plant is specified in Part   1 of Schedule   5; and

  (b)   the designer started (or started and completed) designing the plant on or after 1   January 1996;

the design must be registered under this Part.
