WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 3

    These Regulations are made under:

  (a)   section   276 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 ; and

  (b)   Schedule   3 to that Act; and

  (c)   the Work Health and Safety (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2011 .
