WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 421

Application of Part 8.3

  (1)   This Part does not apply to naturally occurring asbestos.

  (2)   Regulations   425, 426, 427, 428, 429 and 430 do not apply to any part of domestic premises that is used only for residential purposes.
