Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An application for renewal of a major hazard facility licence must be made in the manner and form required by the regulator.
(2) The application must include a copy of the safety case for the major hazard facility as revised under regulation 570.

(3) The application must be accompanied by the relevant fee.
(4) The application must be made not less than 6 months before
the licence to be renewed expires.
