Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The privacy functions are functions conferred on the Information Commissioner by an Act (or an instrument under an Act), if the functions:
(a) relate to the privacy of an individual; and
(b) are not freedom of information functions.
(2) The functions mentioned in subsection (1) include, but are not limited to, the provisions in the following table.
