AUSTRALIAN IMMUNISATION REGISTER ACT 2015 (NO. 138, 2015) - SECT 27

                   Section 23 does not apply to a person if:

                     (a)  the person obtains protected information from another person; and

                     (b)  the person discloses that information to the other person.

Note:          A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matters in this section (see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code ).
