BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY DISCLOSURE ACT 2010 (NO. 67, 2010) - SECT 22

             (1)  Sections 11 and 12 apply to:

                     (a)  offers to sell a building; and

                     (b)  invitations for offers to purchase a building; and

                     (c)  offers to let a building or an area of a building; and

                     (d)  invitations for offers to lease a building or an area of a building; and

                     (e)  offers to sublet a building or an area of a building; and

                      (f)  invitations for offers to sublease a building or an area of a building;

that are made or continue to be made on or after the implementation day.

             (2)  Section 15 applies to advertisements that are either first published or continue to be published on or after the implementation day.

             (3)  The implementation day is a day fixed by Proclamation.

             (4)  However, if the implementation day does not fall by Proclamation within a period of 6 months beginning on the day this Act commences, it falls on the day after the end of that period .
