BUILDING ENERGY EFFICIENCY DISCLOSURE ACT 2010 (NO. 67, 2010) - SECT 46

             (1)  The occupier of a building, an area or an associated place to which a monitoring warrant relates, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide:

                     (a)  an auditor executing the warrant; and

                     (b)  any person assisting the auditor;

with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers.

             (2)  A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person is subject to subsection (1); and

                     (b)  the person fails to comply with that subsection.

Penalty:  30 penalty units.
