CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 316

316. A company's directors shall cause to be laid before the annual general
meeting of the company that section 245 requires to be held in relation to a
financial year:

   (a)  a copy of the company's financial statements for that financial year;

   (b)  a copy of each statement that Division 5 requires in relation to that
        financial year;

   (c)  a copy of the report that Division 6 requires in relation to that
        financial year; and

   (d)  a copy of the auditor's report (if any) about the financial statements
        that section 332 requires.
