Within 21 days after:

(a)

the holder of a futures brokers licence ceases to carry on the business to which the licence relates; or

(b)

the holder of a futures advisers licence ceases to act as, or to hold out that the holder is, a futures adviser; or

(c)

there is a change in a matter particulars of which are required by virtue of any of paragraphs 1155(3)(a) to (e), inclusive, to be entered, in relation to a licence, in the Register of Futures Licensees;
