CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 1156
Notifying change in particulars
Within 21 days after:
- (a)
- the holder of a futures brokers licence ceases to
carry on the business to which the licence relates; or
- (b)
- the holder of a futures advisers licence ceases to act as, or to hold out
that the holder is, a futures adviser; or
- (c)
- there is a change in a matter particulars of which are required by virtue
of any of paragraphs 1155(3)(a) to (e), inclusive, to be entered, in relation
to a licence, in the Register of Futures Licensees;
the holder of the licence must give ASIC written particulars, in the
prescribed form, of that fact, or of that change, as the case may be.
