A person required by section 1157 to lodge a statement must lodge the statement:

(a)

if the licence is a futures brokers licence—within the period within which the person must lodge with ASIC a profit and loss statement and balance sheet referred to in section 1218; or

(b)

if the licence is a futures advisers licence—within the period of 1 month immediately before the anniversary of the day on which the licence was granted;
