(1) ASIC must not:

(a)

refuse an application for a licence on the ground, or grounds including the ground, that paragraph 1144A(2)(d), (e) or (f) or 1145(2)(e) or (f) does not apply in relation to the applicant; or

(b)

impose conditions on a licence; or

(c)

vary the conditions of a licence; or

(d)

revoke or suspend a licence otherwise than by virtue of section 1189A or 1190 or paragraph 1192(1)(a); or

(e)

make, otherwise than by virtue of paragraph 1192A(a) or (d) or 1193(a),

(b)

or (c), an order under section 1194 against a person; or

(f)

make under subsection 1195(2) an order varying a banning order against a person; or

(g)

refuse an application by a person under section 1196;
