(1) ASIC must not grant a futures brokers licence or a futures advisers licence to a person whom an order in force under section 1201 disqualifies from holding a futures brokers licence or a futures advisers licence, as the case may be. (2) A person must not contravene an order that:

(a)

is of a kind referred to in paragraph 1201 (2) (b); and

(b)

is in force under section 1201; and

(c)

relates to the person.
