advertisements Without limiting section 1324, if, on the application of
ASIC, the Court is satisfied that a person has engaged in conduct constituting
a contravention of a provision of Chapter 5C or 6D or Part 7.11, the
Court may make either or both of the following orders against that person or a
person involved in the contravention:
- (a)
- an order requiring the person to
whom it is directed to disclose, in the manner specified in the order, to:
- (i)
- the public; or
- (ii)
- a particular person; or
- (iii)
- a particular class of persons;
the information, or information of a kind, that is specified in the order and
is in the person's possession or to which the person has access;
- (b)
- an order requiring the person to whom it is directed to publish, at the
person's own expense, in the manner and at times specified in the order,
advertisements whose terms are specified in, or are to be determined in
accordance with, the order.
