CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 283BC

Duty to notify ASIC of name of trustee

The borrower must lodge with ASIC a notice of the name of a trustee within 14 days after they are appointed. The notice must be in the prescribed form.
