(1) The Minister may by writing declare a specified stock market to be, subject to any specified conditions, an exempt stock market. (2) Without limiting the matters to which the Minister may have regard in considering whether or not to vary or revoke a declaration in force under subsection (1), he or she may, in so considering, have regard to a breach of a condition specified in the declaration.
