(1) This Part applies in relation to a licensee in relation to his, her or its securities business, whether carried on in this jurisdiction or elsewhere. (2) This Part does not affect, and is taken never to have affected, the operation of Chapter 2M in relation to a company that is the holder of a dealers licence or in relation to a securities business that is carried on by such a company.
