(1) ASIC may require a person to whom this Part applies to produce the Register for inspection by a person authorised by ASIC at such place and within such period as ASIC specifies and the authorised person may make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register. (2) A person to whom this Part applies must comply with any requirement made of the person under subsection (1).
