CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 No. 50, 2001 - SECT 954L

Interpretation

In this Division:

"claim" means a claim under this Division against SEGC.

"dealer", in relation to a participating exchange, means the participating exchange or a member organisation of the participating exchange.
