CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 12

                   This Act does not apply to the extent that its application would be inconsistent with the exercise of rights of foreign ships in:

                     (a)  the territorial sea; or

                     (b)  the exclusive economic zone; or

                     (c)  waters of the continental shelf;

in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
