CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 49

                   If:

                     (a)  a person has made a quotation of the person's OTN to a natural gas supplier in relation to a supply of natural gas by the natural gas supplier; and

                     (b)  the quotation is withdrawn before the supply occurred;

this Act has, and is taken always to have had, effect as if the person had not quoted the OTN to the natural gas supplier in relation to the supply.
