CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 62

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person makes a declaration to another person under paragraph 59(3)(b) or (4)(b) or 60(3)(b) or (4)(b); and

                     (b)  the declaration is false or misleading.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 12 months.
