CLEAN ENERGY ACT 2011 (NO. 131, 2011) - SECT 96

Vintage year

             (1)  Each carbon unit has a vintage year .

             (2)  A vintage year must be a particular eligible financial year.

             (3)  The identification number of a carbon unit must include digits that represent the vintage year of the unit:
