CLEAN ENERGY FINANCE CORPORATION ACT 2012 (NO. 104, 2012) - SECT 56

                   The Corporation may accept:

                     (a)  a gift of money; or

                     (b)  a gift of a financial asset;

if the nominated Minister authorises the Corporation, by written notice given to the Board, to accept the gift.
