ENHANCING ONLINE SAFETY FOR CHILDREN ACT 2015 (NO. 24, 2015) - SECT 101
Concurrent operation of State and Territory laws
It is the intention of the Parliament that this Act is not to apply to the
exclusion of a law of a State or Territory to the extent to which that law is
capable of operating concurrently with this Act.
