ENHANCING ONLINE SAFETY FOR CHILDREN ACT 2015 (NO. 24, 2015) - SECT 106

                   Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in this Act to the use of a thing is a reference to the use of the thing either:

                     (a)  in isolation; or

                     (b)  in conjunction with one or more other things.
