Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The Commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare and give to the Minister, for presentation to the Parliament, a report on the operations of the Commissioner during that year.

(2) If, under subsection 64(1), the Commissioner delegates one or more functions or powers to a body corporate, a report under subsection (1) of this section for a financial year must include a report on the operations of the body corporate under this Act during the year.
