ENHANCING ONLINE SAFETY FOR CHILDREN ACT 2015 (NO. 24, 2015) - SECT 83

                   The Commissioner may disclose information that relates to the affairs of a person if:

                     (a)  the person has consented to the disclosure; and

                     (b)  the disclosure is in accordance with that consent.
