ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 132

132.(1) If an application is made to the court for an injunction under
section 130 or 131, the court may, before considering the application, grant
an interim injunction restraining a person or a Commonwealth agency from
engaging in the conduct of a kind referred to in those sections.

(2) The court is not to require an applicant for an injunction under section 
130 , as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give any
undertakings as to damages.
