ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 88

88.(1) A person may apply in writing to the Director for a permit to be issued
under section 89.

(2) The application may be made:

   (a)  on the applicant's own behalf; or

   (b)  on behalf of one or more other specified persons; or

   (c)  on behalf of the members, from time to time, of a specified group of
        persons.

(3) The application:

   (a)  must be in the form prescribed by the regulations; and

   (b)  must be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the regulations.

(4) The fee prescribed by the regulations must not be such as to amount to
taxation.
