FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 No. 53 of 1975 - SECT 19

19. (1) A marriage counsellor shall, before entering upon the performance of
his functions as such a counsellor, make before a person authorized under the
law of Australia or of a State or a Territory to take affidavits, an oath or
affirmation of secrecy in accordance with the prescribed form.

(2) A marriage counsellor who has made an oath or affirmation of secrecy under
the repealed Act shall be deemed to have made an oath or affirmation under
this section.
