FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 No. 53 of 1975 - SECT 52
Court not to make decree of dissolution where application for decree of nullity before it.
52. Where both an application for a decree of nullity of a marriage and an
application for a decree of dissolution of that marriage are before a court,
the court shall not make a decree of dissolution of the marriage unless it has
dismissed the application for a decree of nullity of the marriage.
