FAMILY LAW ACT 1975 No. 53 of 1975 - SECT 98

98. The regulations may provide for evidence of any material matter to be
given on affidavit at the hearing of-

   (a)  proceedings for principal relief that are undefended at the time of
        hearing; and

   (b)  proceedings other than proceedings for principal relief.
