FAIR WORK ACT 2009 (NO. 28, 2009) - SECT 257

Despite section 46AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 , an enterprise agreement may incorporate material contained in an instrument or other writing:

                     (a)  as in force at a particular time; or

                     (b)  as in force from time to time.
