FAIR WORK ACT 2009 (NO. 28, 2009) - SECT 434
Contravening a Ministerial direction
A person to whom a direction under subsection 433(1) applies must not
contravene the direction.
Note: This section is a
civil remedy provision (see Part 4‑1).
