Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsA maritime officer may copy a record or document, or a part of a record or document, found or produced in the exercise of powers under this Act if the officer is satisfied, on reasonable grounds, that the record or document may contain information relevant to:
(a) security (within the meaning of section 4 of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 ); or
(b) the performance of functions under section 17 of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 ; or
(c) the performance of functions under section 6 of the Intelligence Services Act 2001 .
