MARITIME POWERS ACT 2013 (NO. 15, 2013) - SECT 24

                   An approval given by the Minister for the purposes of one of the following provisions lapses 14 days after it is given:

                     (a)  paragraph 10(b) (actionable contraventions);

                     (b)  subparagraph 12(b)(ii) (when international agreements and decisions apply).
