Commonwealth Numbered Acts

MARITIME POWERS ACT 2013 (NO. 15, 2013) - SECT 92

             (1)  The thing may be:

                     (a)  sold; or

                     (b)  destroyed; or

                     (c)  if the thing is a live plant or animal--returned to its native environment; or

                     (d)  disposed of in any other way.

             (2)  The regulations may prescribe the way in which a thing prescribed by the regulations must be disposed of.
