MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 106

106. A review by the Tribunal is a re-hearing of the access dispute and
Division 4 of this Part (other than sections 81, 82, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88 and
90) and sections 141 to 143 apply in relation to the Tribunal as if:

   (a)  a reference to the TPC were a reference to the Tribunal; and

   (b)  a reference to the TPC Chairperson were a reference to the President
        of the Tribunal.
