MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 117

117. On an application for an injunction under section 113, 114 or 115, the
Federal Court may, if the Court thinks it appropriate, grant an injunction by
consent of all of the parties to the proceedings, whether or not the Court is
satisfied that the section applies.
