MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 138

138. (1) The Minister for Finance may, on the Commonwealth's behalf, enter
into a written agreement on the sale day with a person under which the
Commonwealth agrees to compensate the person for the ending of any of the
person's contractual rights in relation to the Moomba pipeline that existed
immediately before the commencement of this section.

(2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for compensation payments
under an agreement entered into under subsection (1).
