MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 146
Application of Part to trading entities
146. If a provision of this Part refers to a trading entity owning a thing the
provision is to apply as if the provision referred to:
(a) one of the trading corporations owning the thing; or
(b) 2 or more of the trading corporations owning the thing jointly.
