MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 17

Transfer to the Commonwealth of easements of the Authority or Pacenco that are not specified in the easement agreement

17. By force of this section, all easements of the Authority or Pacenco that
are not specified in the easement agreement:

   (a)  cease to be assets of the Authority or Pacenco; and

   (b)  become assets of the Commonwealth; on the sale day.
