MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 42

Commonwealth liable to meet certain SRC Act liabilities and to be taken to be the employer in certain circumstances under the SRC Act 
42. On and after the sale day, the Commonwealth:

   (a)  is liable to pay the liabilities of the Authority under section 128A
        of the SRC Act; and

   (b)  is taken to have been the employer of the employees of the Authority
        before the sale day for the purposes of the SRC Act.
