MOOMBA-SYDNEY PIPELINE SYSTEM SALE ACT 1994 No. 70, 1994 - SECT 77
Withdrawal of notification
77. (1) A person who has notified the TPC under section 75 may withdraw that
notification at any time before a determination is made by the TPC.
(2) If a person withdraws a notification under subsection (1), the person is
taken, for the purposes of this Part, not to have notified the TPC.
