82. (1) If a party to an arbitration does not apply, under section 105, to the
Tribunal for a review of the determination of the TPC in relation to the
access dispute, the determination has effect 21 days after the making of the
determination.

(2) If a party to an arbitration applies, under section 105, to the Tribunal
for a review of the determination of the TPC in relation to the access
dispute, the determination is of no effect until the Tribunal makes its
determination under section 107.
